All reservation deposits are non refundable charges.
Customer cancellations received at least 30 days prior to an event will not be subject to any additional charges beyond the original deposit amount.
In the case of a cancellation the customer will receive an Backyard Jumpers store credit for the full value of the event order, good towards any future order for 1 full year from the Cancellation Date (subject to availability.) The cancellation must be made via Phone or text to: 623-362-2323 by 5pm the day prior to the event in order to receive a store credit. If customer chooses to cancel any booking after 5pm the day prior to the event, no credit will be offered to the customer.
-If your property is littered with thorns or broken glass the delivery will be canceled, deposit will not be refunded.
